Delivery & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order please inform us by email within 7 days of receiving your Order Confirmation email. If the order has not yet been dispatched then the contract between you and Donuts will be terminated immediately and any payment refunded. If the order has been dispatched then you must arrange for the goods to be returned, at your own cost and risk, and your purchase will be refunded, subject to the goods being in perfect, as-new condition. Please note that any delivery costs relating to the original order will not be refunded.
If you are not happy with your purchase in any way please inform us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk and we will then be happy to exchange or refund your purchase, provided that the goods are in brand new, unused condition. Please note that any delivery charges for your original order are non-refundable.
Sale items may be returned for exchanges or store credit only
If you believe your goods to be faulty please inform us by email within 28 days of receiving your order. The goods must then be returned to us and, subject to an inspection to confirm the goods are faulty, a refund or exchange will be arranged.
Ordinarily orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day so should arrive within 3 working days, although please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All items are sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
International orders may be subject to further delay or a customs charge which will vary from country to country that we cannot be held responsible for. All items will be sent Royal Mail International Signed For.
